Tanya Comfort, Board Secretary
From Cleveland, Ohio (USA). Tanya is a longtime vegan animal rights activist and Christ-follower. She grew up going to Christian schools, but she didn’t have a church that reflected her love for animals. Upon finding Creation Care Church a few years ago, she knew right away, “This is where I’m supposed to be. This is my calling.” She is a regular at FNL talks and fellowship meetings and always willing to offer assistance to people with bible questions or questions about veganism. When doing street outreach, she is known as the Christian vegan. She sees her purpose as being, “to serve God, speak up for God’s creation, and keep preaching God’s word so people will understand.”

Luke Daniels, Board Treasurer
From London (UK), outreach coordinator. Luke has been a Christian 4 years and vegan for 8 years. Finding Creation Care Church has been a major blessing in his life, helping him to see the link between his faith and his veganism. He sees this church community as his home church and family. Luke has been our Outreach Organizer since 2024, handing out thousands of pamphlets and having conversations with many people about Christian veganism. He speaks multiple languages and has a marketing degree. And his famous plush lamb, “Lambie” always joins him for his outreach.

Roslyne Smith, Board Trustee
From Leeds (UK), social media coordinator. She lives in the UK with her husband and has 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. She is the Coordinator of Animal Christian Concern (ACC) and blogs at Shepherding All God’s Creatures; She’s also been involved in Bible Study Groups, Children’s Ministries, Christian Healing Ministry and Animal Blessing Services. She was raised Christian and in 1983, became fully committed to Christ. Totally unaware of the spiritual journey she was about to take, she began to hear through the media about the plight of commercially and legally abused animals in laboratories, factory farms, bloodsports, fur-trade, entertainment etc. This really troubled her, so she joined animal welfare groups and sought out cruelty-free products wherever possible. She has authored a book, Animal Welfare: Through the Cross, and is the social media coordinator for Creation Care Church. Read her author posts here.
